The organization’s primary function is to promote and administrate soccer in the spring and fall season each year.

There are two general membership meetings each year, with election of officers at the June meeting.

WSC participates in a district (or country) which is Great Plains Soccer Association (GPSA).  This is generally other Western Oklahoma towns.  WSC as well as GPSA operate under Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA) which is the largest soccer association in the state.  OSA is a member and follows guidelines set by the United States Youth Soccer Association.
